- Greeting all residents and guests and directing to appropriate location
- Manage apearance and stocking of amenities in lobby, guest suites, and/or clubhouse
- Processing all tenant requests, including package delivery, dry cleaning, maintenance, etc.
- Answering and routing phone calls, and emails
- Recommending local restaurants, shopping and entertainment and procuring reservations and/or tickets as needed
- Location resources needed for specific guest requests
- Assisting in planning and organizing resident events with community team
- Performing administrative paperwork or computer tasks as necessary
- Following established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) or responsibility
- Practicing proper safety techniques in accordance with company, property, and departmental policies, procedures and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/resident/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individuals
- Identifying areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Keeping abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry
